The Courtyard by Marriott Fredericksburg Historic District in the historic downtown is offering a special conference rate of $149 plus tax. The hotel has extended the deadline for reserving at that rate to Monday, October 3. To reserve use this link, or call 1-800-321-2211 or 540-373-8300 and identify yourself as a member of “ECASECS” to get the conference rate. Valet or self-parking for hotel guests and other attendees is $12 a day. Historic attractions, restaurants, galleries, shopping, antiques, and the train station are all within an easy walk of the Marriott. The University of Mary Washington is a ten-minute drive away; for those without cars, transportation to and from campus will be provided on Saturday. The hotel is fully accessible. Overflow lodging is available at the Hyatt Place Fredericksburg Mary Washington, a ten-minute drive from the Marriott and a ten minute walk from the Saturday sessions. Saturday parking on campus is free. Park only in the designated lots near Monroe Hall, where you see the ECASECS signs. Please identify special parking or transport needs when you register.

Many other motels can be found in the region surrounding Fredericksburg. We strongly recommend reading online ratings before reserving, as these range from excellent to seedy.
